Unfortunately most of the photographers are on the East Coast, however there are plenty scattered across the USA.
You can enter on behalf of yourself, a family member, or a complete stranger. So if you don't live in one of the mentioned areas, you can offer the opportunity for someone else to win. There is also the chance to "Ship the photographer anywhere" where if you pay travel expenses the photographer will come to you!
